Return Policy/Basic Information

If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at toll-free: 1-866-388-8863 or email us so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise.

1. All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page.
2. To request your Return Authorization Number, please call us toll free at 866-388-8863 9-4 Central M-F or email info@northlanddogsupply.com
3. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item.
4. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
5. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer’s expense.
6. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
7. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
8. The following items are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee: Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Pet Barriers

Shipping Method:
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground for our standard methods of shipment within all areas of the continental (48) United States. For Canada, Hawaii or Alaska please call for a shipping estimate. Email info@northlanddogsupply.com for alternate shipping info and rates.

Note: Since we use UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a valid street address.

Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped from our Hales Corners, WI location within 1-2 business days of order placement for in stock items.

Free Shipping:
Free standard ground shipping applies to orders greater than $125.00. (Excludes oversize or overweight items).

Free standard ground shipping also applies to electronic collars, and remote bird launchers (excludes anti-bark collars, and accessory beeper)

Delivery:
Please allow 5-7 business days on in-stock items via UPS ground.
