Filson's Shelter Cloth Hunting Coat has great features for the avid upland hunter! Most notable are the front loading game bag, adjustable wrist closures and right or left handed shooting pads. We know that some hunts can leave us exposed to a wide variety of conditions. We felt that Filson's Upland Shelter Cloth Jacket does a great job of protecting today's bird hunter from most conditions! Otter Green/Blaze Orange. Please specify size: Large, X Large or 2X Large.

Note: Filson coats are generously sized. Your suit size is normally the correct size. If you intend to layer heavily underneath your Filson coat, order one size larger than your suit size.

Features include:

  • Action back allows complete freedom of arm movement when shooting or working
  • Short length is ideal when worn over waders, and allows easy access to pants pockets
  • This Coat is Unlined, allowing you to layer for your specific hunting conditions
  • 4-button front closure
  • Snap tabs on wrists can be adjusted for a custom fit
  • Right- and left-handed shooting pads
  • Our shooting pads are a layer of 24 oz. Mackinaw Wool sewn on the inside of the garment
  • 2 large bellows pockets- Each pocket features 2 compartments
  • 6 elastic shell loops sewn in the back compartment of each pocket
  • Flaps can be opened or closed with one hand-Flaps have concealed snaps to prevent scratching your shotgun
  • Added elastic loop inside and a loop at pocket for transmitter/receiver
  • Interior zippered security pocket
  • Large, wrap-around game bag, front and rear loadin
  • (Coat) Oil Finish Shelter Cloth, 8.5 oz. 100% cotton, 2 ply by 2 ply, paraffin treated for maximum water repellency
  • (Collar) Moleskin, 12 oz. 100% cotton, 1 ply by 2 ply
