What is your Return Policy?

We stand by the products we sell and want your 100% satisfaction. If the item is defective, or you simply need a different size please call or email us at info@northlanddogsupply.com for a return authorization number within 30 days of the invoice date. Return Policy/Basic Information

If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at toll-free: 1-866-388-8863 or email us so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise.

  1. All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page.
  2. To request your Return Authorization Number, please call us toll free at 866-388-8863 9-4 Central M-F or email info@northlanddogsupply.com 
  3. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item.
  4. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
  5. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer’s expense.
  6. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
  7. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
  8. The following items are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee: Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Pet Barriers

Shipping and Handling Information

Shipping Method:

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground/  Fed Ex Ground and or USPS (United States Postal Service) for our standard methods of shipment within all areas of the continental (48) United States. For Canada, Hawaii or Alaska or international shipments we use USPS, please call or email us for a shipping estimate. Email info@northlanddogsupply.com for alternate shipping info and rates.

Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a valid street address.

Shipping Time:

Orders are normally shipped from our Hales Corners, WI location within 1-2 business days of order placement for in stock items. 

Free Shipping:

Free standard ground shipping applies to orders greater than $125.00. (Excludes oversize, overweight items and international orders).

Free standard ground shipping (within continental United States) also applies to electronic collars, and remote bird launchers (excludes anti-bark collars, and accessory beeper)

  • Under $15.00............add $6.00 shipping and handling
  • $15.01- $40.00.........add $8.00 shipping and handling
  • $40.01- $75.00..........add $10.00 shipping and handling
  • $75.01- $100.00..........add $12.00 shipping and handling
  • $100.01- $124.99.......add $14.00 shipping and handling
  • $125.00 and Up.........free shipping (excludes oversize or overweight items)

Ground shipping and handling charge on all orders under $125.00, anywhere in the continental (48) United States. *Order Amount and shipping rates listed above apply to shipment to a single address.

Express Shipping/Handling Rates:

  • 3 Day- 3 business days please add $25.00 to ground shipping.
  • 2 Day- 2 business days please add $49.95 to ground shipping.
  • Next business Day please add $69.95 to ground shipping.
  • On Orders of $125.00 or more please use the following table:
  • 3 Day- 3 business days is $41.00.
  • 2 Day- 2 business days is $65.95.
  • Next business day is $85.95.

Delivery:

Please allow 5-7 business days on in-stock items via ground shipping.

Note: Some large or over sized items may require an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. All over sized items may have additional shipping. Please email or call us for an actual shipping estimate.
